I just celebrated my two year anniversary with Sedgwick CMS in February. I absolutely love everything about this company! I completed my training in the intensive and informative IAP (Industry Advancement Program) Claims College at Sedgwick CMS, which is the reason for my career success to date. In less than two years, I have already learned how to administer workers’ compensation claims, calculate temporary disability benefits for injured workers and calculate permanent partial disability awards. I have also developed a keen understanding about how to subrogate against third parties who were at fault, in order to recover money owed to our clients.
