2008 Group Rating Timeline

March 2007 - January 2008
Employers complete and submit an AC-3 application (Temporary Authorization to Review Information form)
July 2007 - August 2007
New rates are released by BWC; reviews are completed
September 2007 - January 2008
Invitations sent and returned for enrollment for 2008 group rating.
January 1, 2008
Claims management and other services begin.

February 29, 2008
BWC deadline for filing our enrollment applications for 2008 group rating. Enrollment information must be received by our office prior to this date for submission to the BWC.

March - June 2008
BWC reviews applicants for final approval (based on eligibility requirements).
July 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008
First period of group discounted premium - payable to the BWC by February 28, 2009.
July 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008
First period of group discounted premium - payable to the BWC by February 28, 2009.
